Bare Energy was born out of our frustrations trying to buy solar. Tired of confusing industry terminology, pushy sales tactics and generic solutions, we were convinced there was a better way.
We assembled a team of the best people, with decades of experience in the Australian solar and home improvement industries, and made a commitment to build a solar energy business fuelled by our passion for delivering a personalised client experience. Five simple steps
1. Initial enquiry and personal energy consultation
Starting your solar journey is simple. Contact us for a brief 15-minute call with one of our team where we’ll get to know your energy needs and provide information on how a Bare Energy solar solution works for you.
When you’re ready for a design and quote, an Energy Consultant will meet you at a time that suits you. We understand solar can be confusing, so we take time to understand your needs, clear away the confusion and present the best solar solution.
Our consultations can be in-person or virtual and we can arrange a time outside of business hours for your convenience.
2. On-site energy assessment
Other solar solution companies may sell you solar without first inspecting your home, resulting in delays and added costs come installation day. At Bare Energy, we send an expert Electrical Assessor to your home to conduct a comprehensive home and electrical check first before requiring any commitment. You can have confidence the solar solution we design will be installed correctly and safely.
3. We take care of the approvals
When you are ready to proceed, we’ll take care of all the necessary permits and approvals. On average this takes four weeks, and we’re in constant communication with you to provide updates on your installation date.
4. The day of installation
On the day of installation we’ll send one of our highly qualified and trained installation teams. For your peace of mind, all team members have passed Police and Working with Children checks, and we maintain the highest safety standards. We are a guest in your home and will ensure there is minimal disruption.
5. Handover, ongoing monitoring and support
Shortly after installation we’ll complete a handover session to show you how your new solar solution works. With your permission, monitoring software will report on the effectiveness of your new system and will notify us if there are any issues. From there you can sit back, relax and enjoy the benefits as Bare Energy takes care of your clean energy needs.

Monitoring software notifies us if there’s an issue, giving you peace of mind that your solar solution is being cared for long after installation.
