The Opportunity

We are looking for a qualified Electrician who is safety-focused, quality-driven, and eager to grow within the renewable energy sector. Key Responsibilities

1. Safely install, maintain and service solar PV and battery storage systems for residential and commercial settings.
2. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, Australian Standards and WHS requirements.
3. Conduct testing, fault-finding, and commissioning of solar and battery systems.
4. Work collaboratively with team members, apprentices, and support staff to ensure efficient and high-quality installations.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting on all installations and service work.
6. Keep up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices.
7. Represent Bare Energy professionally, ensuring a positive client experience.

What We’re Looking For

1. A-Grade Electrical Licence (or equivalent qualification).
2. CEC Accreditation (Solar & Battery Storage) preferred or willingness to obtain.
3. Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
4. High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
6. Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
7. Current driver’s licence.
