Am I eligible for local grants, rebates and loans for solar installation?

Don’t be fooled. If you own your home in Australia, you are eligible for government solar rebates. It’s important to do your research and educate yourself about solar systems, to ensure you aren’t overcharged or investing in low quality products or services.

After Bare Energy completes your meter application with your current retailer. One of your retailers technicians will install or reconfigure a solar smart meter. Once this process is complete, you are free to change providers.

If you tend to use more energy at night, a solar system with a battery is ideal, allowing you to charge during the day and use stored energy at night. If you work from home and use most of your energy during daylight hours, a tailored solar system without a battery might be more beneficial.

As long as you have an internet connection, our monitoring system will track your solar system 24 hours 7 days a week. If an alert is triggered, our office will be notified, and we will contact you promptly.

If you have a battery, we can configure your system to keep the lights on and maintain the operations of critical services during power outages. Without a battery, your system will shut down to protect utility workers who may be repairing power lines.

We use only the highest quality panels vetted through key criteria such as top warranties, power efficiency ratings and salt and environmental resistances ratings.

We can tailor your system to significantly reduce your energy bills, with the use of smart home devices and an efficient solar system setup.

We recommend reviewing your energy plan every six months and cleaning your solar panels and checking your solar system operations every twelve months to ensure optimal performance. We can support you with the required 12 month maintenance plan.
